We want you to love your MCoBeauty glow, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
